Welcome to Zan Institute. By accessing our website, contacting us, enrolling in or attending campus courses, or using the Zan Institute mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for Grade 12 students, parents/guardians, and other authorized users. If you are under 18, you should use the website and app with a parent or guardian’s guidance. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising a minor’s use of our services where required.
3. Website use
You may browse our website for information about courses, teachers, campus location, and the mobile app. You agree not to:
- Misuse forms, spam us, or submit false information
- Attempt to hack, scrape, disrupt, or overload the website
- Copy or reuse our branding, text, or media without permission
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
4. Contact and inquiry form
Submitting the contact form does not guarantee enrollment, admission, or a paid course package. It is a request for information. We will respond using the contact details you provide. Keep your details accurate so we can reach you.
5. Campus courses
Campus course schedules, fees, capacity, and policies may change. Official enrollment terms (including payment, attendance, refunds, and classroom rules) may be provided separately at registration or in writing. In case of conflict, the specific enrollment agreement for your course controls.
6. Mobile application
The Zan Institute app may offer free features (such as selected live watching, free lectures, instructions, and exam practice) and paid course features (such as teacher exams, full videos, chat, PDFs, animations, notes, and study resources). Availability can vary by subject, term, and subscription status.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- Do not share paid access with unauthorized users
- Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores’ terms and refund rules
- We may update, suspend, or discontinue app features with reasonable notice when practical
7. Intellectual property
All website and app content — including logos, course materials, videos, PDFs, notes, exams, designs, and text — is owned by Zan Institute or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not republish, sell, redistribute, or publicly share course content without written permission.
8. User content and communications
If you send messages, feedback, or chat content, you grant Zan Institute permission to use that content to provide support and improve services. Do not send unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. We may remove or restrict communications that violate these Terms.
9. Third-party services
Our website and app may link to Google Maps, App Store, Google Play, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, WhatsApp, payment processors, or other third parties. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
10. Disclaimers
Educational outcomes depend on many factors. Zan Institute does not guarantee specific exam scores, ministry results, or academic admission outcomes. Website and app content is provided “as is” and “as available.” We aim for accuracy but may contain errors or delays in schedules and materials.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zan Institute and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, app, or campus information services. Our total liability for claims relating to the website or free digital services is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the specific digital service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Zan Institute against claims arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website features or app accounts if you breach these Terms, misuse content, or create security or legal risk. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that should survive (such as IP, liability limits, and governing law) will continue to apply.

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of how we operate these services.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq / Republic of Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Erbil shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
